Opening Day of Boating Season
Join
the Cougar Alumni Band and celebrate the Opening Day of Boating Season
by playing on the tugboat Elmore in the boat parade! It's a great day to
be out on the water sharing your Cougar Spirit!
Pickup location is at the
Seattle Yacht Club,
1807 E Hamlin St, Seattle.
We board at 10am. Parking will be limited, so plan to be
dropped off or park in the nearby Husky Stadium parking lot.
Please allow plenty of parking time as this is a popular event!
Participants are required to wear WHITE pants, white shoes, a white
turtleneck and WSU sweatshirt. If you have participated in this
event before, please bring your previously-provided sweatshirt and hat. New participants will be provided these items. Space is limited,
and we'll need to have people signed up by mid-April to provide enough time to order shirts for new people. If
you're a new participant, please send your shirt size (S, M, L, XL, XXL,
etc) to

WSU Homecoming vs. the University of Oregon. The Alumni Band gathers in
the morning for rehearsal, the annual band meeting and election of
officers, then play before and at the homecoming game! |
